Our Circle of Care
Support isn’t one-size-fits-all. Our Circle of Care model helps each young person access what they need, when they need it — from therapy to wrap-around support.
- ✓ One-on-one therapy
- ✓ Wrap-around services
- ✓ Parent/guardian support
- ✓ Outreach and community connection

Keep the door open for youth and young adults (12–25).
Every gift helps keep care free, timely, and barrier-free in southeastern New Brunswick.
Become a Protector
Mental health doesn’t follow a calendar. Your monthly monthly gift ensures we are ready when they are. It keeps sessions free, reduces wait times, and ensures we never have to turn a youth away.
Supporter
Helps cover phone check-ins, mental health resources, and first-touch conversations that guide youth to care.
Ally
Supports one teen through their first full session with a therapist - the moment many begin to feel hope.
Major Giving Circles
Join a circle of dedicated supporters making a substantial impact on youth mental health.
Fundraising & Community Action
Want to support Atlantic Wellness in a hands-on way? Hosting a fundraiser is a meaningful way to make a difference!
Workplace & School Campaigns
Bring your team or classmates together for a cause that matters. Host a casual day, bake sale, fitness challenge, or mental health awareness week.
Green Shirt Day
Each spring, we host Green Shirt Day, a region-wide youth mental health awareness campaign.
Sports Teams & Clubs
- Jersey Days: Host a fundraiser game or tournament and invite fans to wear green or donate at the door.
- 50/50 Draws or Raffles: Great for tournaments or home games!
- Team Challenges: Set a team fundraising goal and challenge other teams in your league to match or beat it.
Whether you're on the ice, court, or field, your team can help raise funds for mental health support and awareness.

Volunteering
Volunteers play a powerful role in helping us build a more mentally well community.
Youth Advocacy
Youth voices matter. Our Youth Advocacy Committee is made up of local teens and young adults who care about mental health and want to make change.
Committee members help guide awareness campaigns, organize youth-friendly events, and ensure that our services reflect what young people actually need. Ages 15-24? Passionate about mental health?
United Way’s Day of Caring
Each June, we welcome volunteer groups through United Way’s Day of Caring - a one-day blitz where teams help us with important projects like organizing, painting, or deep cleaning.
Whether you're with a company or organization, it’s a great way to give back while spending meaningful time with your team.
Volunteer at Events
We host and attend several community events throughout the year - and we love having volunteers help out with setup, greeting, handing out materials, or simply showing some Atlantic Wellness spirit!
From assembling welcome packages to helping with admin tasks or event setup, we often need extra hands throughout the year. Perfect for those who like flexible, task-based volunteering.
