What to expect at Atlantic Wellness

Options After Your First Session

Regular Counseling: After your initial session, your therapist will ask if you’d like to be added to our waitlist to be placed on a therapists caseload. If you’re looking for long term services, this is for you! You can use the Weekly Clinic two more times (for a total of 3) while you wait on the waitlist. There is no limit to sessions once on a therapists caseload, come weekly, biweekly or monthly for as long as you need it.

As-Needed Visits: If you’re looking for short term services, call into the Weekly Clinic once a month to speak with one of our therapists at a same day or same week session.
